Janet is a founder member, former Chairperson and currently President of DSNI and enjoies all aspects of her work with this charity, especially visiting schools to motivate, inspire and
encourage children to take part in sport.
Concern Worldwide
Janet considers it to be an honour to be a special Ambassador for Concern Worldwide. She is one of a team of high profile women in NI and fund raises for a Mother and Child Survival Project in Burundi, Central Africa.
First Steps Womens Centre, Dungannon, NI
Janet is a delighted to be the Patron of this fabulous and extremely successful womens centre, which provides a wide range of educational courses for women of all ages.
Waddle
Janet is also Patron of Waddle, a terrific charity which runs challenges and fund raises for the Royal Belfast Hospital for Sick Children.
Lady Taverners
Janet is very honoured and priviledged to be an Hon Lady Taverner. The Lord and Lady Taverners tirelessly fund raise to provide sporting opportunities for children with disabilities.
